Terms of Service

useAnalytica ("we", "our", or "the Service") is an AI-powered performance marketing platform built by Pro Stack Labs. It helps businesses plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns - from brand onboarding and API integrations to automated reporting and AI-driven recommendations.

By connecting your ad accounts and granting access via OAuth, our AI learns about your brand, analyzes campaign performance, and surfaces actionable suggestions on your behalf.

By accessing or using useAnalytica, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Google account to use this service.

Limited Use disclosure: useAnalytica's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google account, we request specific OAuth scopes solely to provide the features described in this application. We will:

Only access data that you have explicitly authorized.

Only use Google user data to operate and improve features you directly use within useAnalytica.

Never transfer Google user data to third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the service.

Never use Google user data for advertising or retargeting purposes.

Never allow humans to read your Google data unless you have given explicit permission, it is necessary for security purposes, or required by law.

By connecting advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) you authorize useAnalytica to:

Read campaign performance data, budgets, and settings.

Generate reports and performance summaries.

Suggest optimizations and, where automation is enabled by you, apply pre-approved changes.

Access audience, keyword, and creative data to build brand context for our AI models.

All automated actions require your explicit prior consent through the platform's settings. You can revoke account access at any time from Settings → Integrations or directly via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You agree not to use useAnalytica to:

Violate any applicable laws or advertising platform policies.

Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms.

Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

Use the service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair our systems.

Circumvent spend limits or ad platform restrictions.

You retain ownership of your campaign data, brand assets, and creative content. You grant useAnalytica a limited license to use this data solely to operate the service and improve features you directly use.

Our AI models, reports, recommendations, and platform code are proprietary to Pro Stack Labs and may not be copied, extracted, or redistributed.

useAnalytica provides recommendations and reports for informational and optimization purposes. We are not liable for advertising spend outcomes, campaign performance, or decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations. You retain full control and responsibility over your ad budgets and campaigns.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to useAnalytica in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
