Delete your data
Effective September 20, 2026
Request deletion of your personal or connected-account data. No Analytica login is required to email our team.
1. Send a deletion request
Email nidhi@prostacklabs.com with the subject ‘Analytica data deletion request’. You can request deletion even if you can no longer sign in.
Send from your account email when possible. Include your workspace name, the connected service (such as Meta, Instagram, Google, or Shopify), and whether you want specific data or your entire account deleted. Never send passwords, access tokens, or customer lists.
The link below opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request; opening this page or the email draft does not submit it. If you use webmail, copy the address and subject above.
2. Verification and timing
Our team handles requests manually. We will respond within 30 days, verify your identity and authority over the requested data, and confirm the scope with you. Deleting a shared workspace requires authorization from its administrator; a personal request does not automatically delete other members’ data.
We delete the agreed data within 30 days of verifying the request and email you when complete. Reply to the same email thread to ask for an update.
3. What deletion covers
Depending on your request, deletion covers account information, stored connected-account data and campaign snapshots, and reports, conversations, uploaded files, or generated media containing that data. We remove the associated saved connections and credentials when they are in scope.
We may retain records required by law, such as invoices, and will explain any exception in our response. Deletion from Analytica does not delete campaigns, shops, accounts, or other records held by the original service.
4. Stop future access
A workspace administrator can disconnect an account from Dashboard → Connectors. You can also remove Analytica’s access in the original service’s account settings. For Meta, check Facebook’s Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings; for Google, check your Google Account’s third-party connections.
Disconnecting stops use of that connection but does not erase data already stored in Analytica. Send a deletion request to remove stored data as well. Other active connections or scheduled routines may continue importing data, so tell us if you want all access for a workspace stopped.
